Now you can customize the data shown in each ticket row of your inbox. Tailor what you see based on your preferences or the information that matters most to your workflow.

⬆️ Horizontal & Vertical Tabs

Choose how your inbox tabs are displayed! Switch between horizontal and vertical layouts to best suit how you like to navigate through your inboxes.

🔍 Conversation Preview

Preview ticket messages without leaving your inbox. With the new conversation preview feature, you can see messages in the info pane by simply clicking on a ticket—no need to fully open it.
